The American Rescue Plan Act (ARP) signed into law on March 11, 2021, provided nearly $122 billion for the Elementary and Secondary School Relief Fund (ESSER). Trenton ISD is receiving some of these federal funds.
Trenton ISD would like input from our stakeholders on how we are spending these funds. This survey will help provide important information from our community as to how best to use these funds. Gathering this data will guide and support the continued development of our instructional and expenditure plans.
According to federal law, the funds are to be spent in the
1. Addressing Learning Loss
2. Health & Safety as related to COVID (CDC guidelines)
3. Twenty percent set aside to address the academic impact of
lost instructional time.
Please complete this survey by Sunday, June 26th. Survey responses will be reviewed for inclusion in the Districts' ESSER lll Plan and Federal Grant Application.
