What a week for TISD Cheer! They are heading home with so much to celebrate, and we couldn’t be prouder of these athletes and the way they represented our school. 📣 Both our Middle School and High School squads earned the Superior Award for their Game Day Cheer! 🏆 Middle School also brought home the Top Cheer trophy! 🏆🏆 High School is bringing home two trophies for both Top Cheer and Top Chant! They also recorded the Herkie award for showing outstanding sportsmanship! A huge shoutout to Jett Rushing, our very own Trent the Tiger, for being selected as an All-American Mascot! What an incredible honor and a well-deserved recognition of the energy and spirit he brings every time he puts on the suit. Congratulations to Freshmen Makenli and Senior Ryleigh for both receiving an award for their amazing leadership skills! These awards are the result of hard work, long practices, and teammates who push each other to be better every day. We can’t wait to bring everything we learned back home and get our community ready for Friday night lights! The 2026 season can’t get here soon enough! #TigersTogether

THS FFA members had a great experience at the State Convention this week. On Wednesday, our Trenton FFA members attended the Texas FFA business session and general sessions, where they had the opportunity to vote for the next Texas FFA State President. Thursday was filled with more general sessions followed by the Neon Lights Fun Night, where students voted for the Texas FFA Talent winners. Today was the perfect conclusion to an incredible week as we watched the newly elected Texas FFA State Officer Team be inducted. This week was filled with early mornings, late nights, celebrating achievements, building friendships, and growing as leaders. We are incredibly proud of our officer team for representing Trenton FFA so well throughout the week, and we can’t wait to see what the rest of this year has in store! #TigersTogether

Day 2 of Cheer Camp was a great one! ❤️🖤 We are so proud of everything our squads accomplished today! 🏆 High School received the Technical Excellence Motion Technique Award and a Superior Ribbon. 🏆 Middle School received Superior and Outstanding Ribbons. 📣 Both squads also earned today’s Spirit Stick! Congratulations to our All American Cheerleader nominees: Olivia Anderson, Jordan Hall, Niyah Mills, Charli Casebolt, Abby Peak, Kaylee Dwire, and McKenli Brasher! 🐯 Mascot All American nominees: Jett Rushing and Greta Bodden. Yesterday, members of our FFA traveled to Fort Worth, where our students enjoyed spending the evening exploring the Stockyards.

Today, we are proud to celebrate Kylie Lambright, who earned her Texas FFA Lone Star Degree. The Lone Star Degree is the highest honor the Texas FFA Association can bestow upon a member. It recognizes students who have demonstrated outstanding dedication to agricultural education through academic achievement, leadership, supervised agricultural experience (SAE), community service, and active involvement in FFA over multiple years. Receiving this degree is a significant accomplishment and reflects Kylie’s hard work, commitment, and passion for agriculture.

They will wrap up today’s activities by attending the Aaron Watson concert with thousands of FFA members from across the state.

Summer Workouts
Our athletes are absolutely crushing it. The daily dedication to self-improvement this summer has been incredible to watch. We are beyond proud of their relentless effort, resilience, and total buy-in to our Program culture.
July 4th
As we wrap up this week, we are officially on a week-long break culminating with the 4th of July weekend.

Return Date: Monday, July 6th.
The Final 3 Weeks
When we return, the intensity ramps up. We will have exactly three weeks left of summer workouts to solidify our gains before we reach the 2026-2027 Fall sports season.

Focus: High mental focus and maximum physical execution.
Milestone Testing: Max-out testing will take place during our final week.

📣Construction Announcement 📣 We have a concrete pour on the new elementary parking lot scheduled for 2 am tomorrow morning, June 25th. This will be the first of two or three concrete pours to complete this project. We will make an announcement ahead of the next scheduled pour. We just wrapped up Week 3 of summer workouts, and the progress is showing! We want to commend our student-athletes who showed up and gave 100% effort. June has thrown a lot of unseasonable rain our way, but true growth happens when we outwork the excuses.

We are seeing a dedicated group begin to set The Standard for what our Program can accomplish. We need everyone back and locked in next week. Let's finish off the first block strong before our 4th of July break! #TigersTogether
