TES is glad to be back after Spring Break and we are off to a great start - We have had our Groundbreaking Ceremony for our new elementary building, a pizza luncheon for the staff, and our third nine weeks awards. We are looking forward to many exciting events and a successful last nine weeks to end the 2023-2024 school year!

It was a great day on the tennis courts for our Trenton Tigers! #TigersTogether
Abby Casey placed 1st in Girls Singles; Aubrey Alexander & Ava Cannon placed 1st in Girls Doubles; David Parsons & Guerillmo Gonzalez placed 1st in Boys Doubled; Aiden Gilmer placed 3rd in Boys Singles.

Today was another great day in Trenton ISD! Today we celebrated the groundbreaking ceremony of our new Kindergarten - 2nd grade building with our elementary students and staff.
It's been almost one year since we lost our main elementary building to a devastating fire. Today officially marks the beginning of the rebuild process.
In the coming weeks, we will begin the earthwork process and then construction will be fully underway. Once the new building is constructed, we will begin renovations on the existing elementary buildings.
None of this is possible without the support of our community, our Board of Trustees, and our partnership with BWA Architects and HWH Construction.
Tiger Pride is alive and well! #TigersTogether
Sincerely,
Jeremy Strickland

HAPPY SPRING BREAK FROM TES
It has been a busy and productive week at TES. Pre-K had a presentation from Nurse Jessica about taking care of their teeth, and were creative during Rainy Day Recess Time. Third grade has been learning about fractions - on paper and with objects, and we all enjoyed the Yuck Science Show.
We wish all of our families a fun and safe SPRING BREAK, and will see our students back on TUESDAY - MARCH 19.

If you're looking for dinner options Monday, head over to Texas Roadhouse in Anna and support TISD Cheer!

Congratulations to Coach Holland and the entire One Act Play cast and crew for bringing home the District Championship at today's competition.

Congratulations to Senior Abigail Stufflebeme, Junior Jackie Gallegos, and Freshman Averi Aviles for competing at the Regional Powerlifting meet. Under the guidance of Coach Chamberlain, all three girls competed exceptionally well, and we are proud to announce that Averi and Abigail qualified for the State Meet by finishing 2nd and 3rd in the region. This is the first year Trenton has competed in powerlifting.
