We want to extend a thank you to the following individuals for helping us put the event together:

Mr. Foster for assisting with the DJ services.
The Beta parents for donating the refreshments.
Parents Amy Williams and Jamie Porter for volunteering to chaperone the dance.
A special thank you to Bryan Willis for volunteering his DJ equipment and services for the event.

TES DECEMBER TEAM OF THE MONTH
Our elementary team of the month is our "Specials" team of Ally Murphy, Cody Harris and Amber Bowman. Not only does this team see and serve all of our students from Pre-K to 4th grade, they are the most flexible and accommodating team. They cover for each other at a moments notice due to coaching and other duties. They are masters at building relationships with the students, and truly care about helping each child excel and improve. Under the direction of Mrs. Bowman, this team all pitched in and worked together to practice for the Christmas programs. Coach Harris, with his newly acquired bus drivers license, helped shuttle students to the high school for practice. While teaching students valuable skills, the Specials Team makes it possible for all teachers to have a much needed planning period each day. TES truly appreciates this exceptional team committed to supporting and growing little tigers.

Due to the elementary and middle schools being without power we are allowing parents to pick up their children beginning at 11 am. Our buses will run around 11:30 am but we are still trying to confirm our bus routes are safe to drive as a result of storm damage before we send them out. This is for all campuses, including the high school.
Parents will need to sign the children out so please be patient with us. We do not have phone or internet at the moment.
Sincerely,
Jeremy Strickland
Superintendent
Trenton ISD
